Refund Policy

This Refund Policy governs all purchases made on AZOPSOFT, including AI credits and software licenses. By making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
1. No Refund Policy - Digital Products
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued under the following circumstances:
- AI Credits: Once purchased and credited to your account, credits cannot be refunded or exchanged.
- Software Licenses: Software licenses are non-refundable once delivered and activated.
- Subscription Plans: Subscription fees are non-refundable for the current billing period.
2. French Consumer Law Compliance
Under French Consumer Code (Code de la consommation), digital content and services are exempt from the 14-day right of withdrawal when:
- The performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgement that he loses his right of withdrawal;
- The delivery is made on a durable medium and the consumer has expressly consented to the performance before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
By proceeding with your purchase, you explicitly acknowledge and agree to immediate delivery and waive your right of withdrawal.
3. Technical Issues
We will issue refunds only in the following limited circumstances:
- Service Unavailability: If our AI services are completely unavailable for more than 48 consecutive hours due to technical issues on our end.
- Defective Product: If the software fails to install or function due to a defect in our code (not user hardware/software compatibility).
Technical support requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase and include detailed documentation of the issue.
4. Refund Request Process
If you believe you qualify for a refund under the limited circumstances above:
- Contact our support team within 7 days of purchase
- Provide detailed documentation of the technical issue
- Allow our technical team 48 hours to investigate and attempt resolution
- If the issue cannot be resolved, a refund may be considered at our sole discretion
5. Account Suspension
No refunds will be issued for accounts suspended due to violation of our Terms of Use, including but not limited to:
- Abuse of AI services or API usage
- Violation of content policies
- Fraudulent activity or chargeback abuse
6. Payment Processor Disputes
Initiating a chargeback through your payment provider without first contacting us will result in immediate account suspension and termination of all licenses and credits. We will vigorously contest all unjustified chargebacks.
